Valencia is the province which is located in the heart of the Mediterranean coastal area of Spain. Valencia is the biggest province in the community of three regions, which together make the community in the Valencian region. There are many mountains of different altitude located behind Valencia, besides the plains, which head towards Castile and Aragon lands. The location of the region is on the opposite side of the islands of Balearic. The distance of Valencia is almost equivalent from the two major cities of the Spain: Barcelona and Madrid. The city of Valencia has its importance in the region, as this is the capital city of the community and the administrative centre of the L’Horta region. Valencia is a densely populated city in Spain.

Valencia is a city with number of best sites in Spain and you can start the journey of exploration of sites in Valencia with the famous Old Quarter. Torres de Quart and Torres de Serranos are the other best places to visit in Valencia, which are located in the famous Institute of Arts and Science. You can also find some best historical and cultural sites, including palaces and churches, in Xerea and Seu districts.

Mercat is another best district to visit in the region, as this district is famous for two best landmark buildings. La Lonja is a building which was constructed in Gothic style and has been included in the list of World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The highlight of this building is the room with multiple columns and many tables belonging to old times, still kept and which are in use even today. If you will walk along the Told riverside of the Turja, then you will see some best gardens and nurseries, which are located along the Museum for Fine Arts.

There, you will get acquainted with the modern part of the city, which is completely different from the old part of the city, as the life here is very modern and up to date. Gulliver’s Children Garden and Ciutat De les Arts are the cultural places, which are also worth visiting. Valencia has many beaches, which are well equipped with all kinds of facilities for the visitors.
